User Agreement (Terms of Service) — TV Mount Austin

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the TV Mount Austin website and services. By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.

By using our website or scheduling services, you agree to abide by this Agreement and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Services
TV Mount Austin provides professional home installation services including:

• Cable concealment
• Furniture assembly
• Shelf installation
• Other related in-home services

All services are provided in and around Austin, Texas and are offered at the prices and terms described on our site or communicated via quote.

3. Scheduling and Service Delivery
To schedule service, you may:

• Use online forms
• Call our office
• Book through a scheduling system

Appointment times are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time, but delays may occur. You agree to provide correct contact and location information when scheduling.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Quotes
Prices are based on the service type, materials, wall conditions, and work complexity. By scheduling service, you agree to pay the quoted price.
Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit/debit card
• Online payment system
• On-site payment (cash or card)

Unpaid balances may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or failure to appear may result in cancellation fees.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

• Provide unobstructed access to the work area
• Disclose relevant wall conditions, wiring, or obstacles
• Ensure pets/children are clear of the work area
• Remove furniture or obstructions if needed

We reserve the right not to perform work in unsafe conditions.

7. Warranty and Liability
We warrant workmanship for a reasonable period. This warranty covers:

• Proper installation
• Secure mounting
• Level and stable work

This warranty does not include:

• Damage from misuse or accidents
• Pre-existing wall or structure damage
• Normal wear and tear

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, graphics, and text are owned by TV Mount Austin or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.

10. Modifications to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time. The updated Terms of Service will be posted on the website with a revised Effective Date.
